Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BusinessOnline platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
BusinessOnline is a multi-vendor e-commerce platform that connects sellers with customers. We provide the tools and infrastructure for merchants to list products, manage orders, and process transactions. We do not act as an intermediary in the sale of products between buyers and sellers; each vendor is solely responsible for their own listings, pricing, and fulfillment.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Vendor Obligations
Vendors agree to:
- List only products they have the legal right to sell.
- Provide accurate product descriptions, prices, and inventory levels.
- Fulfill orders in a timely manner as specified on the platform.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain the quality of products and services offered.
5. Purchases and Payments
When you place an order on the platform, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable shipping fees and taxes. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. BusinessOnline may use third-party payment processors; by placing an order, you agree to their terms as well.
6. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery times and fees vary depending on the vendor, your location, and the delivery method selected. The platform provides order tracking so you can follow your order from purchase to delivery. For deliveries, a delivery fee may be calculated based on distance and delivery method.
7. Returns and Refunds
Each vendor sets their own return and refund policy. BusinessOnline provides a fair process for handling disputes between buyers and sellers. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please contact the vendor first. If the issue is not resolved, you may contact our support team.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BusinessOnline or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Engage in any illegal activity.
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Interfere with the operation of the platform.
- Attempt to access areas of the platform you are not authorized to access.
- Violate the rights of other users.
10. Limitation of Liability
BusinessOnline is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the platform or by email. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
